Float on paddleboard mats as award winning Native flutist Cody Blackbird and talented sound practitioners guide you through a soothing meditative journey. Gentle water movement and resonant live music calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep relaxation. No poses. No performance. Just floating, breathing, and letting the noise fade.
