Sunrise Sound Healing and Movement — Pompano Beach

It's been over a year and a half since I've offered Sunrise Sound Healing, and it's coming back by popular demand. This spontaneous pop-up is happening because so many of you have been asking for it.
And this time, there's something new: for the first time ever, I'm pairing the Sound Healing with movement. Sunrise Sound Healing followed by Pilates on the Sand, an experience I have never offered before.
5:40 AM. Arrival.
Sound Healing begins shortly after, followed by watching the sunrise together.
7:30 AM. Pilates on the Sand.
Join for Sunrise Sound Healing only, or experience both. The Sound Healing is deeply calming, guiding the nervous system into a state of rest. Pilates on the Sand shifts the energy entirely: upbeat, joyful music and movement designed to bring lightness, happiness, and aliveness back into the body. Together, they give you the full range, deep stillness followed by joyful movement, so you leave both relaxed and energized.
All of this on the sand, at sunrise, with the ocean in front of you as the sky turns color.
