Get ready to stretch beyond your perceived limits, learn to soothe everyday worries, discover your inner strength, and soar towards your biggest dreams by learning all the ways we can be well. Once a month we will cover a different pillar of wellness: physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and environmental, along with a private shopping event after.
