Our class is carefully structured to maximize your growth. We start with a warm-up to get your body moving and ready for the work ahead. From there, we dive into detailed technique instruction, so you’ll learn how to move powerfully and safely in heels. This foundational work will not only benefit you in our class but will also equip you with skills you can bring into any dance setting. After technique, we move into a choreography that reinforces those skills, allowing you to put what you’ve learned into an expressive, confidence-boosting routine. Toward the end, we offer a chance to take videos and practice performance skills if you’re comfortable – an opportunity to capture your progress and see yourself in action!
