Explore walking meditation through the dreamy gardens of aromatherapist Deb Zerkle and an outdoor sound bath amidst the sunflowers at sunset. The sound bath, led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, will include crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments to invite deep relaxation.
You'll receive a small bundle of freshly-picked flowers to take home.
A sheltered location is available in the event of rain.
Bring a blanket, yoga mat or camping chair.
Arrive between 6:45-7:00pm to set up your blanket or chair and enjoy the gardens. The guided meditation begins at 7:00pm.
