🥊 Open to all fitness and levels. This will be a low-impact workout, consisting of basic punch combos..with strength and cardio exercises mixed in as well!

🚫💵 All sales are final. If the instructor determines the class needs to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, the attendees will be fully refunded.
