Beer Yoga

Yoga & beer?! Say no more!

Yoga instructor, Holly, will move us through a series of poses designed to increase flexibility and build strength, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. This class is suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered to accommodate different abilities.

Yoga class starts at 10am; arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get comfy. Class will be held in the beer museum inside the taproom.

Please bring your own mat and water.
