Sunflower Festival

Sunflowers have a way of making the end of September feel a little less like the end of anything. 🌻
By September 26th – 27th, the farm will be settling into fall, but the sunflower field has other plans. So, we’re giving it a weekend of its own.
Sunflower Festival is two days for wandering among the flowers, catching the field at its prettiest, tasting your way through the orchard, and spending a little extra time outside while September is still giving us reasons to.
We’ve added a few extras to the weekend too, including yoga by the flowers, a flower workshop, henna, face painting, sack races, and a couple of specials made just for the occasion.
Mostly, it’s an excuse to catch the farm in that short stretch where the sunflowers are still showing off and fall is just beginning to settle in.

AMONG THE SUNFLOWERS | The field gets to be the main character for the weekend. Wander through the sunflowers, stop by our sunflower photo-op, or spend a little more time among the blooms with yoga Saturday evening and a flower-arranging workshop Sunday afternoon.

AROUND THE FARM | The sunflowers may have the weekend named after them, but they aren’t the only thing worth exploring. Take a tractor ride through the farm, taste your way through what’s ripening in the orchard, and make a little friendly competition out of an old-fashioned sack race.
