Breathe, Stretch & Awaken!This session is under the guidance of our female instructor, trained in traditional yoga, combined with a strong personal practice with a broad knowledge of asanas, pranayāma and yoga philosophy.Come Move, Breathe, Chant and ReflectInstructions from our Expert: 1. Come in comfortable clothes 2. Kindly have an Empty Stomach [at least for 2-3 hours] This is to ensure a positive effect on your mind and body post the workshop. Meet our instructor: Lakshmi is a postgraduate in yoga with 15+ years of teaching experience. She will be guiding on a combination of warm-ups, asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas and guided body scans for relaxation.
