Join us for a peaceful Sunday yoga flow in the park followed by a calming sound bath to set the tone for the week ahead.
About this Event

Join us Sundays from 12:30–1:30 PM for an uplifting Yoga & Sound Bath experience at Grandview Park.

This class starts with breathwork and gentle warm up to help you feel grounded and connected. We’ll flow through an easy-to-follow vinyasa practice designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost positive energy while moving with the breath.

For the last half of class we will transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing instruments to help you unwind, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed in both body and mind.
