Join Monica Calero for a unique outdoor yoga experience amidst the picturesque setting of Shenley Flagstaff, just across from the iconic Phipps Conservatory. In this serene setting, surrounded by nature's beauty, Monica invites you to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through traditional yoga practice.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the outdoors as you flow through Monica's expertly guided yoga sequences. But there's a twist – you'll be wearing silent headphones, allowing you to tune into Monica's instructions and music while remaining fully present in the peaceful surroundings.

Weather permitting, these outdoor yoga classes offer a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all levels are welcome to join in and find their center in this tranquil oasis.

Meet me across from the Phipps in the corner of Schenley Dr and Panther Hollow Rd. You can google directions to the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardetns 1 Schenley Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15214 and park and meet me accross in the grassy area , Look for Blondy and myself!

Location: Shenley Flagstaff (across from Phipps Conservatory) - we might need to adjust some dates due to races/events .

Our rain space will be in Sanctuary Fitness 4237 Murray Avenue (entry in Loretta St)
