Sunday Sound Sanctuary - Midsummer Moon - Harmony and Balancing

Come spend the afternoon with Jo and David for a special Sunday Sound Sanctuary.

The New Moon arises at the height of the year, and the Sun prepares to shift to a new stage in its cycle.

So we have crafted an afternoon for you that will guide you to reset your focus in line with honouring yourself for who you are and everything you do.

• On the deck of the floating yoga studio, we will walk a labyrinth under the midsummer sky to bring mind and soul into balance.
• We’ll draw a tarot card each to give us guidance for the year ahead
• We will attune to this guidance by ceremonially drinking Cacao from the Sacred Valley.
• Next we’ll do some Breathwork to clear our minds ready for Jo's gentle calming yin yoga class.
• David will play crystal singing bowl harmonies attuned to each yoga pose, deepening and strengthening its effect.
• A long Shavasana with gong bath ensures deep relaxation and a reset of mind and body ready for a new phase of the year.

A three hour experience 3-6pm on Sunday 14th June.

Jo Culf aka The Gong Goddess enjoys travelling the world with her gong and loves to create unique experience events. Her signature style incorporates cacao ceremonies to help focus and attune, breathwork to soothe the soul or reenergise the system, gentle yin yoga to prepare your body for a deeper relaxation during her gong baths.

She recently collaborated with gong players worldwide, organising the London segment of the World Gong day.

David Spofforth is a certified Sound and Soul Healer, trained with the Sound Healing Academy and Glastonbury Goddess Temple, specialising in Crystal Singing Bowl healing.

He plays Sound Baths as "Enlightenment of Sound" in London and Glastonbury and has recently toured Lima and the Sacred Valley in Peru playing healing Sound Baths and working with Peruvian yoga teachers. He is also a long experienced Tarot reader and astrologer.
