Sunday Sound Meditation

Immerse yourself with a beautiful nourishing journey with gongs, crystal bowls, monolina, chimes, rattles, drums and more. This session will offer a space for self-healing and transformation. This will be an intimate experience; a time to release, let go and feel yourself emerge anew. Take this opportunity to unwind and reset. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

What should you bring?

• Yoga mat or pad to lie on
• Pillow
• Blanket or sleeping bag, whatever will keep you comfortable.
• Eye masks will be provided or you can bring your own.
