What's included:

đź’«Short mat-based yoga practice to help relieve tension in the body (no experience of yoga necessary)
đź’«Guided meditation
đź’«Sound bath using a variety of instruments including singing bowls, wind gong, rainstick, bodhran drum and sansula
Sound baths can help:

đź’«Relieve anxiety
đź’«Reduce tension in the body
đź’«Alleviate pain
đź’«Improve sleep
You'll just need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a bottle of water.
