Autumn mini retreat(including make your own calming essential oil blend roll-on)

This mini retreat will serve as a nourishing pause, as well as an awakening, to align with and prepare for the Autumn Season ahead.
A nourishing few hours including a slower yoga flow, a touch of yin and a beautiful Nidra-esque Savasana, leaving you feeling replenished and relaxed.
You will also prepare your own calming essential oil blend roll-on to aid in cosy calm evenings ahead.
What's included?
Arrival ~ Ayurvedic yogi tea
1hr 30 mins ~ Yummy Autumn inspired yoga flow cushioned by a grounding savasana to start and a relaxing Yoga Nidra to end
30 mins ~ Make your own Calming essential oil blend roll-on
AND ~ more tea and indulgent chocolate chia pudding pot to eat in or take away
All in a sparkly and warm environment
