What to expect:

🧘 Yoga sessions led by Tracy, an Ayurvedic Yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance and qualified Sound Practitioner

🌿 Mindfulness and Meditation practices with use of essential oils, led by Amanda, a qualified Meditation teacher and Aromatherapist

🌷A deeply relaxing Sound Bath to nourish your mind, body and soul.

👉Refreshments on arrival at 9:30am.

👉A delicious and nourishing Vegetarian lunch accompanied by a fresh-pressed fruit juice and a selection of sweet treats as well as a power ball to keep energy levels high throughout the afternoon. All provided by Fig Leaf Plant Based Life.

👉 All food is dairy free, refined sugar free and can be gluten free.
