An experience to totally let go and relax your mind to.....✨ An Immersive Aquatic Sonic Journey with Reiki healing
✨ A unique combination of deep relaxation being supported by the feeling of being weightless alongside the calming influence of water & sound therapy from healing instruments: 100% quartz crystal bowls, Tibetian sound bowls, shamanic medicine drum and gongs
✨Allow vibrations and sound frequencies to totally relax the nervous system
✨This experience may potentially be deeply relaxing and lead to benefits such as quietening the mind, lowering stress levels, improved sleep and promoting a sense of peace and well being.
✨ Bring an open & curious mind, a light towel /blanket, and a water bottle. Eye Masks provided
