Every other Sunday, come join me for a nourishing 60-minute sound bath journey — a gentle space to step away from the busyness of life and return to yourself.

There’s nothing you need to accomplish, fix, or figure out. Simply come as you are, get cozy, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow the soothing vibrations of sound to wash over you.

Together, we’ll create space for rest, grounding, release, and renewal — a little pause in your week to quiet the mind, settle the body, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re brand new to sound baths or have been sharing this journey with me for a while, you are warmly welcome. 🤎
