Star Harmony Sound Medicine Ceremonies are immersive sound experiences designed to help the body settle, the nervous system unwind, and the mind grow quieter through carefully layered sound.
Each ceremony is uniquely composed in alignment with the Energetic Weather of the day, including the astrological and seasonal influences that can shape how we feel and respond during that time.
Using planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, frame drum, tuning forks, chimes, and other resonant instruments, the experience supports deep relaxation, grounding, emotional softening, and the release of accumulated tension.
People often leave feeling calmer, lighter, more rested, more present, or simply more like themselves again. Some experience emotional softening, physical sensations, deep stillness, or a renewed sense of clarity.
Each ceremony begins with a curated essential oil and closes with organic herbal tea to support the body afterward.
