Sunday Morning Ecstatic Dance — Self-Care Movement Reset
Start your Sunday with a deeply refreshing self-care experience designed to reset your body, mind, and mood for the week ahead. This Sunday morning Ecstatic Dance brings together a small community of around 30 dancers in a welcoming studio space for meditation, free movement, and shared presence.
We begin with a grounding group meditation, then move into a guided Ecstatic Dance journey led by a live DJ. The music is intentionally curated as a flowing sound experience—blending world rhythms, electronic beats, sacred soundscapes, and slower meditative tones designed to support emotional release and energetic reset. Many sets include frequency-based elements and healing harmonic textures to help shift the nervous system into balance and ease.
This is your invitation to move freely, stretch, sweat, rest, or simply be held by music and community. No choreography, no expectations—just a safe space to reconnect with yourself through movement and sound.
