Ecstatic Dance Sarasota – Saturday Night Dance (On-Site & Online)

Saturday night is our time to gather, move, and remember the simple power of dance.

Ecstatic Dance Sarasota is part of a global movement of conscious dance communities where people come together to move freely, release stress, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm. With no choreography and no judgment, the dance floor becomes a space for authentic expression, creativity, and deep presence.

Each Saturday night we open a welcoming container for movement that begins gently, builds into waves of energy, and lands in integration. The music journey can move through many textures—tribal, electronic, organic, soulful—inviting the body to explore, release, and come alive.

We offer this experience both in person and online, so dancers near and far can participate in the field of movement and connection.

In-person dancers can expect:

• A welcoming, inclusive community

• A beautiful sober dance space

• A shared energetic journey through music and movement

• Opportunities for connection before and after the dance

Online participants can expect:

• A livestream of the DJ journey

• The chance to dance from your own sacred space at home

• Connection to the wider global ecstatic dance community

Ecstatic Dance guidelines help keep the space safe and respectful:

• No talking on the dance floor

• No phones or photos

• Move with awareness and consent

All bodies, all levels of experience, and all forms of movement are welcome. Come to sweat, pray, play, release, celebrate, and return to yourself.
