Grief and Loss Monthly Support Group

Join us for our Grief & Loss Support Group at Town Square University Parkway, a compassionate and welcoming space designed for caregivers and individuals navigating the many layers of grief.

Grief is not limited to loss after death. Many experience grief following a life-changing diagnosis, especially with conditions like dementia, where families begin to process loss while their loved one is still here. This group is open to anyone grieving whether due to the loss of a loved one, a diagnosis, or the emotional changes that come with cognitive decline.

This monthly gathering offers a safe environment for connection, shared experiences, and supportive conversation. Together, we will explore ways to cope, find meaning, and move forward with strength and support.
