Start your Sunday off right with Sunday Soul Sessions. Sessions are Sunday 7th and 14th at 9am and are £20 per person . The perfect reset before you head into your week. You'll leave feeling clear, calm, and re-energised.
Cacao + yoga + yoga nidra + sauna = true nourishment for your mind, body, and soul
We'll start with a cacao circle to ground and connect with our intentions, then move into a gentle yoga flow with breathwork to energise the body, before laying down for a blissful yoga nidra practice to drop into a deep state of rest. From there, we'll head into the sauna to cleanse and calm. Enjoy an hour free-flowing between the sauna, ice baths, sea dips, or lounging in the deck chairs on the beach.
About your Instructor :
Emma is dedicated to supporting people on their personal journeys of inner-regeneration.
After recovering from a major burnout in 2022, Emma has come to believe a radically better future depends on our collective journey of ‘inner-regeneration’. She draws from her multifaceted experience as a meditation teacher, yoga nidra guide, regenerative designer, and artist to create accessible and effective practices for people to find peace amongst the chaos and become conscious leaders for a flourishing tomorrow. Emma shares the ancient medicine of cacao from Guatemala.
Her training includes 200hr yoga teacher training, 1 Giant Mind advanced meditation teacher training, yoga nidra guide training with Jana Roemer, Authentic Relating Technique L1, Cacao Source Online Course, Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies with Linda Thai.
