Relax to the Sounds of Singing Bowls, Gongs and other instruments for a restful hour.

Please note: from May Sunday morning sessions will start 15 minutes earlier than usual.

Doors open from 9:30 am for a prompt start at 9:45-10:45am. Please wear loose, warm clothing, bring (yoga)mat, blanket/s, cushion/s or what you need to make yourself comfortable and warm.
