Sunday Sessions: Olivia Dean Yoga Flow
About this Event
Join me on Lusty Glaze Beach on Sunday 19th July at 10am for a 1-hour gentle flow yoga practice set entirely to an Olivia Dean-inspired playlist. Immerse yourself in movement and music with silent disco headsets provided for a fully immersive yoga experience. Each ticket includes a goodie bag to take home.
Please bring your own yoga mat (or large towel), water, and wear comfortable layers suitable for an outdoor beach setting. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
This is an outdoor experience and is weather dependent; in the event of unsuitable conditions the session may be rescheduled or refunded at the organiser’s discretion.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
