Join us on the vast sands of Watergate Bay for a Silent Disco Yoga session like no other! This all-levels vinyasa flow class uses wireless headphones to play the perfect playlist to match your movement and the rhythm of the waves.
This all-levels vinyasa flow will be led by Jen from Oceanflow Yoga, teaching through a headset mic so her voice sits perfectly over the music. You’ll be guided through a mindful and energising practice, with space to move at your own pace and soak up the beachside atmosphere.
No experience needed…we welcome complete beginners and offer easier variations throughout the class. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a regular, this is your chance to be part of something really special.
Imagine 200+ yogis of all ages and abilities moving together on the sand, fully immersed in the music and atmosphere. It’s more than just yoga – it’s an experience.
Headphones are provided (freshly sterilised before each session) and included in your ticket price.
