Join us for Back to Balance, a nourishing half-day retreat designed to help you explore your energy learning about what drains you, what sustains you, and what truly recharges you.
Throughout the day you will be gently guided through practices to support rest, reflection, and renewal, creating space to feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself and to learn new skills to take away with you too.
Your retreat experience includes:
- A flowing vinyasa yoga practice to energise and awaken the body
- A workshop with health coach Bronwyn Lear, offering insight into your energy levels and practical tools to support balance in everyday life.
- A deeply restful restorative yoga session to encourage release and reset

- Reflective journalling to explore your personal energy patterns.

Wellbeing Workshop: Understanding Your Energy
Bronwyn’s interactive coaching session is designed to help you reconnect with what helps you feel energised, grounded, and balanced in everyday life.
Blending reflective coaching, guided conversation, and practical wellbeing tools, Bronwyn will invite you to explore the balance between your “Wild” and “Kind” selves — the parts of us that crave movement and stillness, energy and rest, adventure and softness.
Through individual reflection, peer coaching conversations, and group discussion, you’ll gain greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of what balance looks like for you personally.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and understand your own rhythms more clearly. You’ll leave feeling supported, nourished, and with simple, practical insights to carry into life beyond the mat.
