An Banna are a four-piece Irish folk band bringing the warmth, energy and spirit of traditional Irish music to audiences across West Yorkshire. Blending rich harmonies with infectious rhythms, they perform a mix of timeless Irish ballads, rousing pub songs, sing-along favourites, and lively instrumental tunes enjoyed by audiences of all ages.
Their authentic sound features bodhrán, banjo, guitar, bouzouki, mandolin and Irish whistle, creating everything from foot-stomping jigs and reels to heartfelt airs. Drawing inspiration from Ireland’s rich musical heritage, the band performs classics made famous by The Dubliners, The Pogues and The Mary Wallopers alongside traditional songs and tunes passed down through generations.
