Supporting you to Support your Team-Employer Forum Calderdale
Join us for a welcoming and interactive face-to-face employer forum focused on supporting your team. This event will bring together organisations from across Calderdale to share ideas, experiences, challenges and good practice.
With at least 1 in 7 employees balancing work alongside unpaid caring responsibilities, creating carer-friendly workplaces has never been more important. This forum is an opportunity to connect with other employers, hear from guest speakers, and explore practical ways to better support staff wellbeing, retention and inclusion.
We also want to hear from you. The session will include discussions around what employers would find most useful from future forums, networking opportunities and training sessions, helping shape future support around the needs of local organisations.
