HOT Networking is an event hosted by local Calderdale charity Halifax Opportunities Trust in partnership with Mid Yorkhire Chamber of Commerce & AD:Venture.

The new world of work is not coming. It's already here. Organisations face increasing complexity, uncertainty, disruption, and change. As technology reshapes the workplace and expectations evolve, success depends more than ever on how effectively people work, make decisions, navigate challenges, and innovate together.
In this interactive session, we'll explore the skills and behaviours that allow us to thrive in a fast-changing world of work. Through an interactive activity and group discussion, we'll invite attendees to reflect and exchange on what the new world of work means for their work, offerings, and relationships - and how to stay grounded and relevant as the pace of change accelerates.
