Rest Reset & Rejuvenate - a chance to reset, realign, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive space.
Ahead of this week’s Full Moon, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body and building emotional resilience with a Gigi Sunshine Yoga flow session, cacao ceremony and various mindful practises. We’ll then share a nourishing, healthy lunch before easing into an afternoon of breathwork with Ashleigh, followed by a restorative Gong Goddess Jo sound bath. As always, we'll finish with tea and treats.
