Sunday Reset - February Edition

Come join us for a rejuvenating Sunday Reset at Colee Hammock Park! Pour into yourself as you continue to move through the new year. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and connect with yourself and others. Let At Peace Wellness guide you through a slow yoga flow set to a curated playlist surrounded by the serene setting of flowing trees and the river breeze. Don't miss out on this chance to prioritize your well-being! Bring a yoga mat, towel, and a friend. Leave with peaceful energy, a good stretch, and a new friend. Sunday Reset's are a donation based event with 50% of the donations going to a different non-profit each month (suggested donation is $10-$15). For February, we will be donating to the Healing Arts Institute of South Florida, a non-profit aiming to eliminate the stigma around receiving mental health services among marginalized groups.
