We’re partnering with our friends @deependfitnessftl for a hybrid water workout on Sunday, February 23rd at the @ishof_museum Swimming Hall of Fame, followed by our beach cleanup 11 — 12:30pm!Participation in the class isn’t required, but we’d love to see you step outside your comfort zone!
After the workout, join us for a beach cleanup across from @bosbeach (600 Seabreeze Blvd) to keep the good energy flowing! Parking is over by the lot to the south of the clean-up (1100 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316)
