You will be expertly guided through restorative floor-based myofascial stretches to release the imprints of stress, tightness and tension through the body. Once relaxed, you will unlock a state of calm through gentle breath-work techniques designed to create inner peace.
Recline back into supportive props and experience the potent integration of an expertly guided non sleep deep rest meditation with a crystal sound bowl bath for optimal cellular regeneration.
This will be a powerful recharge of your nervous system to replenish and restore the body and its internal reserves in real time. Non sleep deep rest recalibrates the body to deeply recharge and may support overall wellbeing.
