Sunday Open Mic at the Finnish Bistro

Sign-up begins at 4:45 PM, with performances from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Each performer is welcome to share two to three songs, depending on the number of participants that evening. We provide a full sound system and an 88-key electric keyboard on stage to help make performing easy and enjoyable.
Our open mic is family-friendly, open to all ages, and welcomes musicians, poets, and performers of every experience level. Whether you are stepping onto the stage for the first time or have years of performing experience, we would love to have you join us.
The event is hosted by a rotating team of experienced local musicians, including Ry Edwards, Caley Factorial, Lexi Modica, and Jun Sugiyama. Throughout the season, we also feature outstanding performers in special 30-minute featured artist sets during the evening.
The open mic takes place at The Finnish Bistro, a cozy and welcoming café in St. Anthony Park offering a full menu of food, drinks, and desserts. Free parking is available in the lot behind the building on Sundays for our guests.
