Join me Sunday for a chilled out evening of movement, breathwork and meditation. No experience necessary and suitable for everybody
About this Event

This morning is for you if you're looking for connection, a chance to switch off and meet like minded people. We will start with gentle movement to bring some mobility into our bodies, followed by some energising breathwork and i will then guide you through a relaxing meditation.
No experience required and tea and snacks are provided.
