Reclaim - a Creative Women's Somatic Art Circle

Reclaim is a gentle somatic and creative workshop series for women who are ready to return to their bodies, create space for expression, and reconnect with themselves through movement, art, and shared presence. This series a a space to listen inward, moving intuitively, and allowing creativity to emerge in whatever way feels natural. Through guided somatic yoga, body-based inquiry, creative art-making, and circle sharing. Reclaim offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, soften, and reclaim parts of yourself that may have been quieted, rushed, or forgotten recently.

Part I – Reclaim: Return to the Body, grounding, and reconnecting with embodied awareness through somatic yoga and art.

Part II – Reclaim: Expression & Integration Creative expression, mark-making, and embodied movement. Each workshop is 2 hours, held on separate dates.
