Welcome to Sunday Evening Reset: a Kundalini Meditation Workshop!

Join us at LUV Nutrition for a powerful experience to drop the stress and pressure from the week. This in-person event will guide you through some gentle inner work, and a supported Kundalini meditation so you can start your week refreshed and at ease. (Workshop includes a LUV protein smoothie).

Come and experience the transformative power of Kundalini meditation with us! No yoga or meditation experience is necessary for this guided workshop - all are welcome to attend.

This workshop is led by Jen Pourvasei, a Marriage and Family Therapist and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Jen loved guiding clients and groups on journies to connect more deeply with their inner self, joy, and intuition.

Please bring a mat, small pillow, comfy blanket, journal and pen if you can. (If not then no worries- they will be provided to you.
