Somatic Journey Breathwork

Experience the healing power of breath through conscious connection. This is an activated breath meditation that is both ancient and modern. It brings us into our physical selves. We begin to understand the body's unique language and receive ingihts from our own inner wisdom -all while being held in the safe container of this nurturing space.

This somatic modality is a physical practice. Those with a history of stroke or uncontrolled blood pressure are not reccommended for this particular type of breathwork. A restorative practice would be suggested here.

Wear comfy clothes like you would wear to yoga as you need to expand your belly fully. We have mats and bolsters. Bring socks, a blanket, and whatever else you need to create a cozy space for yourself. Water is recommended.
