Namaste everyone!
I am taking regular hatha yoga classes every Sunday at 4 pm at the lovely Yoga Loft Lounge at Beach Road in the city. The yoga session based upon Sivananda tradition consists of a combination of gentle asanas, pranayama and bandha exercises for a lovely balance of body-mind-spirit. This session is free and a perfect event for you to relax and rejuvenate yourself for the start of the working week.
Please bring your own yoga mats.
