Sunday Earth Yoga Singapore| @ The Botanic Gardens
About this Event
Before the week asks anything of you, give yourself one hour of stillness and strength.
Earth Yoga is a mindful, flowing outdoor practice that weaves together standing postures, balancing poses, breathwork, and subtle body awareness, designed to build strength and stability at your own pace. The practice allows space to explore movement without rushing or forcing.
What to expect:
Each class opens with a short orientation — a story or meditation — guiding you from thinking into direct experience. From there, we move through a flowing sequence inspired by non-dual Kashmir Shaivism, supporting clarity, energy, and mindful presence. Sessions close with a full relaxation to carry the practice into your day.
Classes are small and intimate — maximum 8 students per session, offering personal guidance in a welcoming, supportive space.
About the Teacher
I've been teaching yoga in Singapore for over five years, leading small outdoor classes that are calm, grounded, and welcoming to all levels.
I bring a flowing, mindful style — offering clear guidance while encouraging presence, curiosity, and connection to the body.
I aim to create a space where you can feel at ease, move confidently, and grow stronger and calmer with every class.
Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, my goal is that you leave feeling more like yourself than when you arrived.
