We are holding space every Sunday morning for Meditation and Yoga at Santa Monica Beach. Come enjoy the sun, fun, water and you!About this Event
We start at around 9am with a meditation class a little share of what may come up for us and then we get into an all levels Vinyasa Yoga Class. Bring mat or towels and/or blankets which can be cooler than a mat in the sun.
