With the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion, the space becomes deeply relaxing, helping the body settle and the mind slow.
A quiet hour just for you, to pause, reset and ease into the week ahead.
🧺 What to bring
Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable, this might be a yoga mat, blanket, cushions. Cosy layers are always a good idea so you can fully relax 🤍
