Sunday Accessible Yoga with Carla at Strapping Store!

Accessible Yoga Sacramento classes are for All Bodies, Abilities, Disabilities, and Possibilities! You are invited to practice from the mat or the chair . Props are provided.

Class is one hour - please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your spot and check in with the teacher.

Class is free & by donation, with donations benefiting the Karma Sandwich fund, providing sack lunches for our downtown, unsheltered citizens.

Street parking is available, which is free on Sundays.
