Valentine's Ritual Cacao + Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening that blends the sacred plant medicine of cacao with the vibrational healing of a curated sound bath ritual. This is more than an event—it’s an experience designed to bring you back into harmony with your body, your breath, and your inner knowing.

In the spirit of connection and renewal, we’ll gather in intentional community to drop into the heart space, activate our inner wisdom, and allow the body to fully receive.

• Heart-opening Cacao Ceremony: We’ll begin with a guided cacao ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao to awaken the senses and set powerful intentions. You’ll learn about cacao as a gentle plant medicine that supports emotional release, deeper meditation, and heart connection.
• Guided Breath & Embodiment Practice: Soften into the space with gentle movement, intuitive breathwork, and grounding somatic practices to prepare the body for deep listening.
• Immersive Sound Bath Journey: Let the waves of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and vocal toning guide you into a meditative, altered state. This is where the nervous system resets and healing frequencies do their magic.
• Energetic Integration: We'll close with journaling prompts, optional sharing, and grounding practices to help you re-enter your evening with peace and clarity.
