As Muddy Waters always sang, “The Blues Had a Baby and They Named It Rock and Roll,” is a great way to describe the KC Blues Bombers as they play house rockin’ blues and danceable classic rock.
Bandleader Brian Cork and Lead Guitarist Rob McGuire formed the group. They’ve been playing around the city, and they will grace the Holy-Field stage on July 24th with rockin’ blues in the pure Kansas City style. The Blues Bombers will be flying low all night long. Bassist Tom Tipton will be on hand as well as drummer Carlos Lazen. The Bombers draw inspiration from the great guitarists Eric Clapton, Duane Allman, and Elmore James, along with bands like The Rolling Stones, Cream and Creedence Clearwater Revival. May the blues be with you, on July 24th at Holy-Field Vineyard.
