Do you have more trouble sleeping during the summer? Chinese Medicine sees this time of year as "the height of Yang" meaning that the long days and heat can lead to an influx of energy. Sometimes this energy can disrupt our circadian rhythms.
Hot days, hot nights, AC, and cold foods can easily disrupt balance in the body. However, this time of year can also be an excellent time to strengthen the body for the colder months. This workshop will focus on how to take advantage of this time of year, and tips and tricks for rebalancing sleep, soothing and aiding digestion, and enjoying the summer months to their fullest.

Participants will also each receive an auricular acupuncture treatment for insomnia.
