This session offers a peaceful space to reflect on the energy of summer, release what no longer serves you, and create space for the grounding and growth of fall.Held outdoors in a serene setting, the experience begins with a calming meditation designed to ground you and help you connect with the present moment. As you settle in, the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, promoting inner peace and harmony.
This session serves as a gentle transition, honoring the vibrant energy of summer while inviting you to unwind and prepare for the harvest season.
