Join us once a month for an energizing Pilates experience designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move with intention. Led by Dorian Ancheta of Pure Pilates Whitby, this full-body class combines mindful movement, core-focused strength training, and low-impact sculpting exercises that leave you feeling stronger, longer, and refreshed.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to challenge and support all levels — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already part of the movement community. Expect a dynamic flow of controlled movements, intentional breathwork, posture-focused alignment, and signature Pilates pulses that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs for a balanced full-body burn.
