Summer Taichi Qigong Double Session

Whether you’re completely new or already experienced, this welcoming event offers a wonderful opportunity to enhance your wellbeing while exploring the rich tradition of Chinese health practices.

Led by senior teacher Feixia Yu, the sessions are inspired by the 24 solar terms of the traditional Chinese calendar—connecting movement, breath, and seasonal change to help harmonise body and mind.

The event will take place at the Manchester Museum Top Floor Classroom, on the Third Floor.

• 12:00 – 1:00 pm — Session 1

• 1:00 – 1:45 pm — Break

• 1:45 – 2:45 pm — Session 2

• 2:45 pm — Time for questions / Comments

• 3:00 pm — Close

Each session will feature different movements, and you’re welcome to attend one or both.
